SOME OF OUR CLASSES
Mixed-Level Reformer Pilates Class
For both novice and expert Pilates practitioners, this blend of modern and traditional Pilates is ideal. You will receive individualized training intended to safely tone and shape muscles, enhance core stability, and develop strength, with a limit of four individuals each session. You will feel more calm and refreshed after taking this low-impact session, which will also improve your posture, balance, and general flexibility!
Classical Reformer Pilates Class
A classical Pilates session that adheres to a predetermined routine and uses hands-on modifications to guarantee correct alignment and form. As workouts are mastered, advancements are made. On the recommendation of the instructor, students move from the Intro Level class to Level 2.
Vinyasa Power
Yoga
It is a vigorous kind of yoga that builds strength and endurance by coordinating breath with movement. A licensed yoga instructor and physical therapist lead the class. The Dance Studio is used for yoga sessions.
